My research, teaching, and YouTube channel bridge the gap between academic writing and self-sponsored writing on social media. As a Rhetoric & Composition scholar and YouTube vlogger, I study the intersection of embodiment, multimedia, and feminism, as they are enacted through vlogs. I argue for vlogs as productive student assignments that increase students' rhetorical awareness and work towards equity, inclusivity, and accessibility.
